MAIN PURPOSE:

1. To cope with the discharge of fluid bed dryer.
2. Lifting feeding & discharging for all kinds of container.
3. For the purpose of feeding & charging of tableting, capsule filling & coating machines.

 

APPLICATION:

Pharmaceutical, Food , Chemical , Fertilizer ,Agricultural products.

 

MACHINE CONSTRUCTION:

1. Lifting: is done by the hydraulic cylinder & can fix the lifting position.
2. Tilting: by using the warm gear reducer, it can turn over 180 degree, then fix the position.
3. Rotating: the machine frame can be rotated about 90 degree manually

 

FEATURE:

1. Powder, granule , capsule can discharge automatically
2. Linear control , easy to operate and clean.
3. Closed type operation, eliminates the dust contamination.
4. It can connect with granulator for continuous discharge, save labor and eliminate the dust.
5. Optional for the automatic loading control system.
