Principles of the FBDD:

1. Top Spray Granulation:
   Spray atomized binder or active ingredients on the fluidized to form the uniformity granules.
2. Bottom Spray Coating:  
   The concept of Bottom Spray Coating is also known as Air Suspension Coating, is to separate pellets or granules from one another in an air stream and spray a coating binder onto the pellets or granules while they are suspended. When the hot air passes through the bottom screen of a container and draft tube (Wuster insert), it will generate the siphon principle. The granules will fall down and will be sucked into the draft tube (Wuster insert) again, while the bottom spray gun will spray towards top to achieve coating purpose. 
3. Side Spray Powder Coating/Film Coating:
   The Side Spray is better for coating with high firm content. The cores (seeds) are placed on the turntable and hot air is blown upward between the turntable and the granulation area. The coating solution is sprayed on the rolling cores through the pump and spray gun. The process involves simultaneous coating and drying of the cores, the repeated actions achieve the desired coating thickness or granule size. Powder Coating is achieved by charging powder and spray binder at the same time.

INTRODUCTION:

1. The Drying object either powder or granules is placed on the drying grays which are made of special screens or punch hole plates and covered around by filter cloth.

1. Two categories of granulation methods: wet type and dry type.
2. Wet type granulation requires water or binder, to be added during the granulation process; consequently a drying process is essential after granulation stage.
3. Dry type granulation eliminates the addition of water, or binder , and as a result the drying process is not required. (Bonding agents or lubricants however can be added during the dry granulation process.)

MECHANICAL THEORY

1. The design of the Roller Compactor is based on the Dry Granulation Method.
2. The powder charged in the hopper is compacted and fed into and gap between two compacting rolls.
3. The compacting rolls process the powder into a flake that can then be granulated into the desired mesh size through the granulator.
4. To cope with any kind of complex material, this Roller Compactor is designed for precise adjustment of three variables: roller speed, Screw Speed, and Roll Forces Pressure.
5.  Adjusting the screw speed and roller speed sets the roller gap.

Sterilization of Vial, Ampoule, Rubber Stopper and Stainless Steel Instrument

HOT AIR STERILIZER:

Hot air sterilization is applicable to sterilization instruments which can tolerate high temperature and need to remain in sterilized condition. This process is commonly used for vial, ampoule, rubber stoppers and stainless steel instruments.  Under the same condition, hot air sterilization needs a higher temperature to kill germs and micro-organisms than saturated vapor sterilization. 

STRUCTURE:

sterilizer from the washing room and sterile room. Bottles are to be loaded into the washing room and to be sterilized by the sterilizer and loaded out from the sterile room. Fresh air in the sterilizer passes through a pre-filter, heated by the electric heater to become hot air. The hot air high temperature durable Hepa Filter which will result the particle counter of under class 100 before

entering in the sterilizing camber. The air flow adjustable damper is installed at both sides at the sterilizing chamber to even the chamber temperature which helps exterminating germs and other micro-organisms to ensure that there Is no more than 0 germs alive in one million sterilized objects.
