  1. By using vacuum system or lifting system to transfer powder from an IBC (Intermediate Bulk Container) into the High Shear Mixer mixing bowl.
  2. Several kinds of powder can be uniformly mixed by using the main impeller of the machine.
  3. Binder (solution) can be sprayed from pressure tank (or solution tank) to powder by the spray nozzle.
  4. Then the high-speed chopper breaks the agglomerates into granules.
  5. Finished wet graules will be discharged from the discharge valve of the High Shear Mixer. (The finished wet granules can be also transfered to a container of Fluid Bed Dryer via an in-line mill.)

  1. Follows the regulations of cGMP, PIC/S GMP, FDA.
  2. High uniformity of mixing: Even with big difference of bulk density of powder still can mix very well. Binder (solution) can be sprayed from pressure tank (or solution tank) to powder by the spray nozzle.

        a. Dry mixing: 2~5 minutes   
        b. Granulation: 5~10 minutesFinished wet graules will be discharged from the discharge valve. (The finished wet  granules can be also transfered to a container of Fluid Bed Dryer via an in-line mill.)

        a. Stop operation when the cover is not closed properly

  6. Equipped with unique design of the air seal: This design can prevent powder access into the main seal and the chopper to prevent powder dropping
  7. The clearance between impeller and the bottom of mixing bowl is only about 0.5~0.8 mm; therefore, high mixing efficiency can be achieved
  8. Clamps of the cover: special designed by an eccentric wheel of clamps for easy operation and well sealed

    Principles of the FBDD:

    1. Top Spray Granulation:
      Spray atomized binder or active ingredients on the fluidized to form the uniformity granules.
    2. Bottom Spray Coating:  
      The concept of Bottom Spray Coating is also known as Air Suspension Coating, is to separate pellets or granules from one another in an air stream and spray a coating binder onto the pellets or granules while they are suspended. When the hot air passes through the bottom screen of a container and draft tube (Wuster insert), it will generate the siphon principle. The granules will fall down and will be sucked into the draft tube (Wuster insert) again, while the bottom spray gun will spray towards top to achieve coating purpose. 
    3. Side Spray Powder Coating/Film Coating:
      The Side Spray is better for coating with high firm content. The cores (seeds) are placed on the turntable and hot air is blown upward between the turntable and the granulation area. The coating solution is sprayed on the rolling cores through the pump and spray gun. The process involves simultaneous coating and drying of the cores, the repeated actions achieve the desired coating thickness or granule size. Powder Coating is achieved by charging powder and spray binder at the same time.

    INTRODUCTION:

    1. The Drying object either powder or granules is placed on the drying grays which are made of special screens or punch hole plates and covered around by filter cloth.

    MECHANICAL THEORY

    1. The design of the Roller Compactor is based on the Dry Granulation Method.
    2. The powder charged in the hopper is compacted and fed into and gap between two compacting rolls.

    4. To cope with any kind of complex material, this Roller Compactor is designed for precise adjustment of three variables: roller speed, Screw Speed, and Roll Forces Pressure.

    HOT AIR STERILIZER:

    Hot air sterilization is applicable to sterilization instruments which can tolerate high temperature and need to remain in sterilized condition. This process is commonly used for vial, ampoule, rubber stoppers and stainless steel instruments.  Under the same condition, hot air sterilization needs a higher temperature to kill germs and micro-organisms than saturated vapor sterilization. 

    STRUCTURE:

    sterilizer from the washing room and sterile room. Bottles are to be loaded into the washing room and to be sterilized by the sterilizer and loaded out from the sterile room. Fresh air in the sterilizer passes through a pre-filter, heated by the electric heater to become hot air.     1. Safety sterilized welding: Sterilizing room is welded using stainless steel 5U5304 which avoids contaimination from the iusulation material after long use.
    2. Complete closure: During the process of sterilization and when the sterilizer is oft, the dampers are always tightly closed to ensure the sterilizing chamber is fully closed.
    3. High efficiency filters: The absolute Hepa 99,97% filter can bare above 350t and can particles below 0.3 Micro.
