1. The traditional oven is time consuming, and the air flow must be considered. The drying efficiency of the Single Pass Dryer is about 2-3 times that of the general traditional oven.

2. To reduce the residual amount of acetone, the inlet air temperature and humidity need to be controlled, and humidity control is more important than temperature.

3. Controlling the humidity will make the drying faster.
