1. Perfect Content and Perfect Lubrication

Stop blender, add the mag stearate

Blue dots represent 8 samples pulled at 8 locations in a twin shell blender holding 1000kg at 8 rpm at 60% occupancy

2. Bad Content Uniformity and Perfect Lubrication

Stop blender, add the mag stearate

3. Acceptable content at 1 min lube time with perfect content/over-lubricated at 5 min lube time

Stop blender, add the mag stearate

3a. Perfect content and over lubrication at 15 min lube time with an additional dissolution failure

Mag stearate added with all the other components

4. Bad Content Uniformity and Over-Lubricated at 8 minutes

Stop blender, add the mag stearate

5. Perfect Content Uniformity and Under (variable) Lubrication at 10 seconds. Perfect Content and Lubrication at 2minutes

Perfect content uniformity. Some tablets are over lubricated and are therefore soft and have lamination while other tablets are harder and exhibit no lamination.
