By using Vacuum suction device , it not only eliminates the dust contamination, but also lower labor cost, saving energy and no contamination in the operation area.
Centrifugal Coater Granulator

The cores (seeds) are placed on the turntable and hot air blows upward from the gap of the turntable and the granulation area. The air flow causes the rolling of the cores; at the same time, the binder solution sprays on the rolling cores via spray gun. The process involves coating and drying of the cores at the same time, and till the repeated actions achieve the desired coating thickness or granule size. If powder sprays at same time, it will form a layer with the binder and results coating/granules on the cores.
