2. Very high spray rate combined with a very high inlet air temperature.

3. Low CFM

4. Tacky coating material

5. Wrong coating formula
• Excess lubricant usage in formulation
• Low mechanical strength of coating

7. Plasticizer absent, not used, not mixed well.
