Advancing Explosion Protection Technology and International Safety Standards
Dust explosion hazards are a critical safety concern in pharmaceutical and food manufacturing processes. To address the growing demand for explosion protection and regulatory compliance, YENCHEN Machinery began collaborating with TÜV SÜD in 2016, continuously strengthening equipment safety design and compliance with international standards.
Outstanding Certification Achievements for Core Equipment
Through close cooperation with TÜV SÜD, YENCHEN Machinery has successfully achieved stringent European ATEX certification requirements while making significant progress in mechanical and electrical safety standards.
Fluid Bed Dryer Granulator (FBD Series)
YENCHEN's Fluid Bed Dryer Granulator features a 12-bar pressure-resistant explosion protection design, eliminating the need for additional explosion venting ducts. The equipment is designed in compliance with international regulations and standards, including cGMP, PIC/S, and FDA requirements.
High Shear Mixer (SMG Series)
In addition to complying with cGMP and FDA requirements, the SMG Series has obtained CE certification under the European Machinery Directive (MD) and Low Voltage Directive (LVD), further enhancing operational safety and electrical system reliability in accordance with international standards.
