Parameters We Can Control:

1. Batch size (40-70% of capacity, watch the expansion)

2. Spray rate (base on drying capacity, not batch size)

3. Atomizing air pressure / volume (keep droplet size the same as in the small scale)

4. Number and placement of nozzles (use as many as necessary to atomize and spread out the liquid)

5. Fluidzation level

6. Inlet air temperature
