  • Always open a hatch before unloading.
  • Ground both the blender and drum/IBC (for some products).
  • Understand that, when speaking of good content uniformity, some products like to be unloaded quickly while others require an amount of time before unloading begins.
    - This will require close study if the R & D department does not provide any guidance for the manufacturing department.
