Yenchen brand new design changeable pan film / sugar coater is suitable for film coating, enteric coating, sugar coating and powder coated of enteric coating.
Contact material is made of SUS316L stainless steel.
Main body inside and outside is mirror polished.
Coating pan surface roughness of Ra 0.015~0.025µm, noresiduals on the surface.
Equipped with automatic WIP system and easy to clean.
Maintenance door sealed with air tire to prevent leakage of gases and liquids.

- Coating pan change
Easy operation of coating pan external container could be accurately positioning and with automatic locking device to prevent displacement.
The coating pan is easy to be safely transferred to the position by the internal container.
The driving part of the coating pan is tightly secured by clamp, running smoothly without slipping. - Installation of air inlet hood and exhaust hood
Exhaust hood and contact surface of coating pan closely fit with TEFLON packings.
Good ventilation effect, improve drying efficiency, shorten the procedure.
Exhaust hood and air inlet hood with positioning device are easy to be installed.
Convenient and safe to fix with fast fixture. - Spray volume test
Solution preparation tank equipped with a heating system and mixing system.
Spray volume could be accurately measured by measure device.
Easy to adjust spray rate and parameter setting. - Control system
Industrial computer all-digital control, user level authority management, multiple product recipe parameter recordable.
Comply with 21 CFR PART 11 requirement.
Live monitoring the status of: air inlet/outlet temperature and moisture, product temperature, air volume, pressure differential of coating pan, liguid spray volume.

Lightweight and easy installation discharge system discharge tablet thoroughly and rapidly to prevent operating environment contamination.

WIP automatic cleaning system has 3 water sources for choice and with high pressure air backwashing to prevent pipe residue.
Cleaning procedure include cleaning of inside of the exhaust pipe internal of coating pan, front and rear area of main body, external of coating pan, water collection sink and piping high pressure air backwashing.
Clean completely with spray ball, nozzle and powerful water.
Comply with the requirement of cleaning in place.
