ITRI and PITDC Visit Yenchen to Strengthen Collaboration in Smart Pharmaceutical Manufacturing
On August 13, 2025, Yenchen Machinery was honored to welcome distinguished guests from the Biomedical Technology and Device Research Laboratories, Mechanical and Mechatronics Systems Research Laboratories, and Center for Measurement Standards of the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), as well as the Medical and Pharmaceutical Industry Technology Development Center (PITDC). The visit was part of the “Domestic Smart Pharmaceutical Manufacturing” project, aiming to foster in-depth discussions and exchanges.
The visit began with a tour of Yenchen’s facilities, including a special stop at the Continuous Granulation Production Line, jointly developed with PITDC. Guests witnessed Yenchen’s capabilities and achievements in mechatronic integration and smart manufacturing technologies. The session continued in the International Conference Hall, where both sides engaged in discussions on the applications and future development of smart manufacturing in pharmaceutical production.
In the future, Yenchen will continue to deepen R&D and enhance its technologies, with the aim of working hand in hand with industry, academia, and research partners to drive Taiwan's pharmaceutical industry toward greater smart manufacturing and global competitiveness.
