Functions

1. SMG suction
   The raw material is fed to wet mixing granulator in the use of vacuum suction to save manual carrying of loads and prevent operation environmental contamination.
   Yenchen wet granulator is 12 bar explosion proof designed for dust explosion proof and gas explosion proof.
2. Mixing / Spraying / Granulation
   Material is mixed evenly by main impeller then the binder is transported to mixing tank by pressure tank.
   Binder is sprayed evenly on the raw material through 3 sets of nozzle the formation of small particles by chopper.
3. SMG discharge
   After completion of wet granulation, the wet granulated particles is wet milling through cone mill.
   Then vacuum suction particles into fluid bed for drying.
   Closed production operation, discharge residue rate of mixing granulator is less than 1%.
   
4. SMG WIP
   Equipped WIP automatic cleaning system has 3 water sources for choice and with high pressure air backwashing to prevent pipe residue.
   
5. FBD discharge
   Yenchen Fluid bed dryer is 12 bar explosion proof designed for dust explosion proof and gas explosion proof.
   Multiple product recipe parameter recordable. Comply with 21 CFR PART 11 requirment.
   The dry particles through cone mill reached to the required particle size.
   Finally transport product to storage tank. Closed production operation, safety operation, no environment pollution.
   
6. WIP
   Equipped WIP automatic cleaning system has 3 water sources for choice and with high pressure air backwashing to prevent pipe residue.
